Well, I started out bored. Then I hit wave 35! And became really bored. That fact can be atributed to the fact that it went from bieng impossible for anyone with hands to lose, to completely impossible to lose. 1000 guards and 50 repairers, and after that, the only thing you click is the next level button? Well, thats "fun".
The only reason I perservered this far was in the vague, folorn hope that something might actually happen.
Also, did you even listen to the sounds that are used in the game? They're ear renchingly headache inducing when heard hundreds of times a minute (or indeed, at all). And you can't even turn them off. I had to turn off my headphones, and that meant I couldn't even listen to music while I endured this. It's like you went out of your way to annoy me :P

I'm liking this game a lot. One of the better games of its type with a well balanced difficulty curve. To those people who are sayng it gets too hard after the 2nd wave or somesuch...seriously. Wave 28 is where it gets hard :) I'll be damned if I can figure out how to kill that mass of enemies.
There are a few problems with turret rotation and of great irritance is that after using the Shockwave, the guns swich back to the starter weapon, not the one you had on before you switched to the shockwave.
The 4 turret thing feels a bit gimmicky though. Suppose becaues of the absurd energy it drains, I never feel its of much (read: any) use.

and fairly original, but it very much feels like one of those pre loader games you sometimes get while movies and the like are loading. 5 minutes of fun, but still, 5 minutes is better than 0 minutes. ^^

This is one of the few Floyd songs I actually like. I'm liking this remix a lot. I think the vox, whilst not mindblowing, are still more decent than you make 'em out to be.
And as you asked, yes, the solo seemed pretty nailed to the wall at the end there :)

you are the holder of the auspisious title of "First Person To Make It Onto My List Of Favorite Artists For The Audio Portal" otherwise known as the FPTMIOMLOFAFTAPsies, because your the first artist where every one of their songs on Newgrounds is worth a 10/10.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I've just finished downloading your songs, and I just *have* to give them a blast on Audiosurf, despite my dire need of sleep :)
Author's Response:
I feel pretty Honoured to be the FPTMIOYTLOFAFTAP. I Really did enjoy making this piece and all the others because if I didn't enjoy making them I don't think they'd come out as they do.
As for Audiosurf, thanks for the idea! I bet you'll beat my score :P

But I feel the problem is that its similar enough to Guitar Vs. Piano 1.2 that comparison is not only inevitable but also immediate. I kept feeling as though it was about to carry on as though it was 1.2, and when it didn't, it was almost jarring.
Had I heard this before 1.2, I'd have given it a full 10, because it is without a doubt a very good piece of music.
I also agree with Germanwolf that the beat was a bit too overpowering.
